Governor Culver Signs Act That Extends State Tax Credit For Soy-Based Transformer Fluid
(DES MOINES) — Today Governor Chet Culver signed Senate File 572 into law. SF 572 extends state tax benefits for use of soy-based transformer fluid by electric utilities and including effective and applicability date provisions. The bill takes effect upon enactment.
