Governor Culver Issues Additional Emergency Proclamation To Assist With Ice Storm
Proclamation Suspends Hours of Service Regulations for Drivers Transporting Propane
DES MOINES – Today, Governor Chet Culver issued a statewide emergency proclamation suspending regulatory provisions pertaining to hours of service of motor carriers and drivers of commercial motor vehicles, while transporting propane gas products.
This Proclamation will be in effect until December 18, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. CST.
