Governor Culver and Lt. Governor Judge Thank Iowa’s Lineworkers for Storm Efforts
On Wednesday, March 28, Governor Culver and Lt. Governor Judge invited line workers from Iowa’s utility companies to visit the Governor’s Office to formally thank them for their efforts during the February ice storms that left more than 250,000 Iowans without power. Earlier in the day, the State Senate passed a resolution formally recognized the efforts of these hard working men and women.
